OUR FeesADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES Our fees for real estate administrative services depending on the type of agreement. We have three standard retainer agreements to Real Estate Professionals:
All clients agree to a minimum 3-month agreement with a 30-day termination notice. All retainer payments are made in advance at the beginning of the month. This ensures that our clients' time is blocked in advance. By choosing one of our Retainer Agreements, our clients are receiving a substantial savings on our standard fees. Any additional expenses incurred by the client (i.e. postage, specialized paper, etc.) will be billed to the client as a separate charge. All Retainer Agreement clients are required to pay an initial set-up fee of $150.00. ONLINE TRANSACTION COORDINATION
All Online Transaction Coordination clients are required to pay an initial set-up fee of $150.00 to cover the set-up services. PROJECT-BY-PROJECT SERVICES Please contact us for the fee for your project. Fees are
based on the length and complexity of the project, as well as any
