Online Transaction Management involves monitoring the transaction from Listing to Closing.  The Coordinator works together with all of the parties of the transaction to ensure customer satisfaction.

We ensure professionalism, confidentiality and accuracy from all of our Coordinators.  Our team members have been trained to work with both GuruNet and Settlement Room to handle your transactions.  In both of these platforms, all parties to the transaction are able to monitor the process of the transaction from any computer with an internet connection.  All parties are assigned passwords and are given access to documents, notes, etc.  based on their security access level.

Coordinator duties include scheduling walk-thrus, coordinating inspections, appraisals, etc. and making sure all documents are processed.  The Coordinator will also assist the Real Estate Professional in communicating with all parties.
